As a Product Designer, my goal was to transform complex financial processes into intuitive, seamless experiences that users can understand, trust, and enjoy.
Efectivo is a financial app designed around clarity, trust, and user behavior. The project focused on simplifying complex financial interactions and creating a digital experience that helps users understand, manage, and make better decisions about their money.
02 — Challenge
The main challenge was to turn complex financial processes into simple, intuitive interactions. The experience needed to reduce cognitive load, communicate information clearly, and give users a stronger sense of control when making financial decisions.
03 — UX Strategy
The UX strategy combined user needs, behavioral patterns, and business goals to create a consistent product experience. Each interaction was designed to guide users naturally through financial tasks without unnecessary complexity or friction.
04 — Behavioral Design
Behavioral design played a key role in shaping the experience. I focused on how users perceive, process, and respond to financial information, using clear hierarchy, feedback, and interaction patterns to support confident decision-making.
05 — UX Writing
UX writing was used to make financial information clearer, more human, and easier to understand. Microcopy, labels, messages, and calls to action were designed to reduce uncertainty and help users move through the product with confidence.
06 — UI Design
The visual design translates the product strategy into a clean, accessible, and trustworthy interface. Visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and interaction states work together to make complex financial information easier to scan and understand.
07 — Outcome
The result is a financial experience that brings together UX, behavioral design, UX writing, and visual design. The product transforms potentially complex financial interactions into a clearer, more approachable experience focused on user confidence and control.
