I developed the brand from scratch, created its Shopify store, worked on the sales strategy and built its presence through social media campaigns. But the project quickly moved beyond the digital space. We introduced Yogamata to the local yoga community through collaborations with established studios in Wrocław, including Fabryka Energii, and later took the brand to craft and design fairs across Poland, such as Rękodzieła Fest.
What made the project special was being involved in the whole journey — from shaping the first idea and visual language to meeting customers, presenting the products and actually selling them. Yogamata gave me the opportunity to experience what it really means to build a handmade brand from the ground up — not just designing how it looks, but creating how it feels, how it communicates and how it lives in the real world.
