I build distinctive brand systems that turn a product's character into a consistent visual experience — from the first impression to the way it lives in the hands of the user.
HAMMER was created to make mobile technology more accessible, practical, and ready for everyday challenges. As part of mPTech's portfolio, the brand needed a visual language that could communicate durability while remaining approachable and contemporary.
The Challenge
The challenge was to build a coherent identity around a brand defined by strength, reliability, and accessibility. The system needed to work beyond the logo — across products, packaging, communication, and multiple brand touchpoints.
Brand Strategy
The identity was shaped around a simple proposition: technology should be able to withstand real life. This idea became the foundation for a strong, functional, and distinctive brand language designed to support HAMMER across different products and markets.
Visual Identity
The visual identity combines bold typography, distinctive forms, and a strong colour system to create an immediately recognizable presence. Every element was designed to reinforce the character of the brand while remaining flexible across different applications.
Logo & Mark
The logo became one of the key assets of the identity — designed to communicate strength and confidence through a simple, recognizable form. Its construction and variations provide a consistent foundation for the wider brand system.
Product & Packaging
The identity extends directly into the physical product experience. Packaging and product applications translate the brand's visual language into clear, functional, and recognizable touchpoints designed to stand out in a competitive technology category.
Brand System
The brandbook turns individual design elements into a repeatable visual system. Typography, colour, composition, logo usage, and supporting elements work together to maintain consistency while giving the brand enough flexibility to evolve.
The Result
The result is a brand system built to be recognizable, scalable, and consistent across products and communication. The brandbook established a visual foundation capable of supporting HAMMER as the product portfolio continued to grow.
